A good friend of mine introduced me to this phrase. A young intern of his was organising an event and had reported back on his modest plans and program for an 8 week teaching event. Being a true leader, my friend poured cold water on the plans & advised the young intern to aim higher and restart the plan. In the end - the event was extremely well attended, very successful & created momentum...
